Filters on Profile page are not entirely displayed

Hello,

On the profile page there are several tab to navigate through Activity, Profile, Notifications, etc. On some of those there are some fields used to filter the information displayed based on different criteria. In some places these filters are not entirely displayed and also seem to have different format as the rest of the page (see pictures attached).

How to fix this?

I have added the suggested code in style.css of the child theme but there is not change.
