First and Last Name in Registration

Hi,

I need someone who can change something at the registration process.

I would like to have the real names set for the wordpress’ “Name”
So, “Name” should be set by the user by registering with his First and Last Name.
The Username should then be automatically set by this First and Last Name, with hyphen.

For example:
At the registration the user has to set his First and Last Name
First Name: Anna
Last Name: Smith

this will be the “Name” then for WordPress.

The username is then: anna-smith

If there are more Anna Smiths’, the Name itself will be the same, but the Username has to add a number behind, so the next anna smith would be anna-smith2

The Registration with Facebook at Kleo is doing exactly that, what I need for the normal registration.

Is that possible, how much will that cost and how long will you need?
