    Is there a way for a user to flag a comment as inappropriate in forum?

    Well, i am sure you can find a plugin for this on wordpress.org/plugins. Personally i use “bbPress – Report Content” and “BuddyPress Moderation” for that but i am sure there are better ones out there.
