i purchased this chat plugin and right off the bat it wont display correctly. I informed their support and this was their reply:
1) there is a <script> before the HTML declaration that is breaking the layout
2) the first line of your html page should be <!DOCTYPE html> this is preventing
jquery to calculate the page height correctly. (more info here

By default they dont. Its the buddypress like plugin. Get rid of it.

by the way, how come the like button in buddypress (the star) reverted back to favorite?
