Footer is not rendering correctly in IE10 and IE11

Go to http://gohplay.com with IE10 or IE11. You can see the footer over #main not cleared and pushed below. Site renders OK in IE9. Chrome, FF and Safari is OK.

What is the cause of this IE10-11 bug?
