Footer Issue

Hi,

I’ve just added text widgets to the four footer columns and now the footer area is constantly adjusting it’s position. To see this in action one needs to scroll down completely until you see the credits below the footer area and wait about 30 seconds. Within those 30 seconds you will begin to see the area re-adjusting it’s position. The site URL is http://www.puertoricofashionindustry.com. The home page is password protected and the password is: password. You can visit the page to see what is happening for yourself. Please let me know what I can do to fix this. Thank you in advance.

Its not a footer issue. Its the testimonial carousel. The 4th testimonial is larger (taller) then the other ones so the page expands to show it, then shrinks when it moves to the new testimonial.
