Footer text blinks and re-renders on hover of user icons

On my website (http://tradingpremium.com), there is a section titled “WE ARE PLEASED TO WELCOME OUR NEWEST MEMBERS” which shows the most recent signups to the website (none yet as the site is brand new). When you hover over an icon, the footer text blinks and re-renders.

My browser is Safari version 7.0 running on MacOSX.

I am not able to replicate your issue so please send me more details… maybe a screenshot. What browser are you using?
