Footer to the bottom

Hi,

 

I know this is a common problem, and that there are many info on the internet, and also some topics here, but I can’t solve it…

I want to get the footer to the bottom of the screen when there isn’t enough content in the page, but not to stay sticky always on the bottom.

How should we do for solve this issue in kleo theme?
