Footer Widget Title Color Change

it is not possible to change the title <h4> color in the footer section.

No caching plugin is enabled.

Hi,
thanks for your reply.
This changes the headline in the sidebars too.
There is an option in the styling -> footer for the headlines, but that doesnt work.
Only the headlines in the footer should change.
