Force users to upload avatar photo

Hi I have 3 questions please:
1- I d like to make avatar photo uploading REQUIRED for user on registration (register page)
So like any other form elements that we can make as required how can we make the avatar photo uploading as required?

2- I d like to hide the hearts and circle of matching, but want to keep the matching number on profile page next to the displayed user name. How can I do that editing which file?

3- I d like newly registered user as bacome member level=1 automatically, so after registration form filled after the email activation he comes back to landing page of membership levels. But I want user to land on to a page that makes him automatically member level=1 without making him clicking any buttons. (Basically its a free site). How can I achieve that?

Hi,
1. avatar uploading at register page isn’t possible. Try searching for a plugin.

2. remove the hearts with this CSS:

}
