Forgot Email not Sent

Hi,

i have created an intranet site with buddyapp wp theme that i bought here http://intranet.baldwinliving.com.au/

When i tried to send “forgot password” to reset my password, it does not send anything to my email eventhough it says email sent successfully.

Can i get assistance on this issue?

Install and configure this plugin : http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

IT should be ok then
