Please check the following and let me know if the issue continues
– KLEO is updated to 4.3.2
– K Elements is updated to 4.3
– WP Bakery (Visual Composer) is updated to 4.5.4
– WordPress is updated to 4.9.1
– BuddyPress or any other main bundled plugin is updated to their latest releaseOnce you have checked all of these please clear your cache on the back-end and on the front-end (Ctrl+F5) then test again. If the issue persists please then try (after making a backup of content, database and theme settings) switching to the main KLEO theme (clear caches) and see if the issue persists.
Thanks,
Kieran

Everything else is up to date.
When i switch to the main theme it works. So what could be causing this?
January 20, 2018 at 15:57 #186356Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
If this works when you switch to the main theme then you either have
1. non-working or conflicting code in functions.php
2. old template files overridesOnce you have a full backup of your KLEO Child theme you should delete the template files within one by one, clearing your cache(s) each time and testing again until you find the file causing the issue. Once found you should note your changes, copy the up to date file from the main KLEO theme into the KLEO Child theme, and make your changes again.
If you delete all of your KLEO Child theme template overrides and the issue persists this will likely mean the issue resides in functions.php – you should delete each piece of code one by one, like the steps from above, until you find the offending code.
Thanks,
Kieran

February 8, 2018 at 12:11 #188116nrfaustraliaParticipantThank you I found it. It was the page-parts/general-popups.php file in my child theme that has the redirection for the Create Account page that i had to re-copy over and put the redirect back in. Thanks so much for your help!
