I have a number of embedded forms on my site and most of them do not seem to be scrolling properly with the KLEO theme added. The top portion of the form is visible, but the page does not allow you to scroll down to see the rest of the form.
Specifically my forms are built in Infusionsoft and are embedded into the page. I have tried embedding as HTML and as Javascript and am having the same problem with both.
Here are links to two pages were the problem is occurring:

Thanks in advance!

This used to work and now it does not work or never worked?COPY CODEbody { overflow: initial !important; }

February 21, 2016 at 23:42 #105570AbeKeymasterIt seems the “body” element has a property to hide any overflowing content which never should happen. I will let you know tomorrow more details and maybe do some testing on your site if you would be so kind.
Thanks

February 22, 2016 at 20:06 #105773RobertKeymasterHi, after some investigation I found some custom css in your page that you didn’t need them like html 100% height. So I rewrite those style declaration in your theme options.

February 23, 2016 at 01:17 #105811tlovvornParticipantBoth of these pages are still not scrolling properly to show the entire form. Did you say you have removed the unneeded CSS already or is that something I need to do?

February 23, 2016 at 11:21 #105853RobertKeymasterHi, I checked again and seems to work. Did you tried to clear the cache? I’ve also attached some print screens to see the scrollbar in action.
ps: what version of IE are you using?

February 23, 2016 at 16:18 #105952tlovvornParticipantI see, based on your screen shots, that the forms are working on your end. I tried both of them in Chrome and they seem to be working there as well.
I am using Firefox as a browser and they are not working in Firefox 44.0.2. Please advise. I really need to get the site launched today if possible.
February 25, 2016 at 10:12 #106539RobertKeymasterHi, it’s a little strange here because there were no problems on firefox even on their latest version but anyway, I checked again and seems to working right. I attached a short video here

February 25, 2016 at 15:42 #106584tlovvornParticipantI see your video, but the spouse’s assessment is still not working properly on my end.
March 1, 2016 at 16:08 #107683AbeKeymasterI am sure it is a caching issue on your side. Can you try a different laptop or browser?
