Forum list layout issue on iphone 5c

Hi. I just found sane issue on your site also like attached screen capture pict. It display in one line all. It make difficult to read.
Is there any way display it differeng way on smart phone? For example forum name and post number,author,freshness on the next line.

Hi @adream, we’ll try to improve the way our forum layout renders on mobile devices in the near future, but this is a bigger task and it will take some time.

I’ll try to prioritize this so we can cover it in one of our next theme updates.
