Forum not responsive

Hi,

On my mobile they forum is not responsive. When I want to create a new topic on the forum the text is out of screen.

See the screenshot attached.

 

Please fix it! Our fans are complaining about it.

Hi,

Try to de-activate child theme and check again, the forum should display normally, on our demo it’s as it should.
You can try to deactivate plugins and check if it works as it should
Try also to update the theme

I did everything. But it still doesn’t work! And now Login with Facebook on mobile doesn’t work either. I am very unhappy about this! I started topic at june 8 (!) and it’s still not solved.

Could you please fix it!

Hi,

I saw the facebook login behavior it’s somehow ODD, but using latest theme version on my localhost I’m able to log in without any problems in the browser and using iPhone.

So, I cannot provide you exact steps to follow cuz I’m not able to reproduce,

Can you please provide wp-admin credentials ( the current ones doesn’t work )? and also the FTP?

Related to the facebook button is open from the pop-=up using desktop/tablet/mobile in what condition this will won’t open?

For the error/notice that appears open the wp-config.php file from the root WordPress installation and looks for wp_debug if it’s true type false instead true, if it’s already set to be false try to de-activate all plugins except BBpress and check if the issue persists do the same but with the KLEO PARENT theme not with child if it’s the same try with default wp theme.
