My forum posts are not nesting like they do in your demo: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/forums/topic/how-do-you-start-the-design-process/Mine are all in one straight line, and if you comment to a particular comment, it only appears at the absolute bottom of the topic.
What am I missing here?

Sorry.. I should have stated that I already had that selected. In fact, I just went in, disabled nested then reenabled it and now I can’t get the setting to stay on! Weird! That is TOTALLY weird! Never experienced such a thing!
When I select Enable Threaded (5 deep).. and hit save, the page changes, says that settings have been saved, but the item is still not selected!
Have no idea what is going on here!
I know bbpress has had a ton of issues with nested threads. Have you tried some of the tools in wp admin – tools – forums? Maybe recalc position of replies?
