Try to reset permalinks, by navigating to Aadmin -> Settings -> Permalinks -> Select Again your preffered URL structure then SAVE.

You have made changes on theme core files ?

Tried your instruction but it didn’t work. It works though when the permalinks is set to default. No changes done in the theme core files.

Try to disable all plugins one by one that do not come with theme.
