Front page problem-members not showing up

Hi there,

Please advice on the following:

A) I cannot see the avatar (old/new members) on form.

B) Members in total showing the wrong nos. It should be 7 members, its showing 21 in total. I deleted some spammers.Backend users showing only 6.

C) Down the page -Top Members – No member under new list, although there are 7 members registered. only one member showing in the active list.

D) Next on the Members Page- I can see only one member , there are option to scroll via 1>>2>> when I clicked on 2>> I can see two members there.

Hello, there seems to be a conflict in your website, please answer me some questions:
-Do you use a CDN?
-Do you cache objetcs?
-Do you have any custom code in functions.php or other?
-Do you have any custom css in style.css or other?

Yes, I did change function.php (child).
pasted a Code to hide admin user from everywhere. Then deleted some of the spammers via php.as it was not working via dashboard.

What is CDN and cache objects?

Please advice what should I do?

Hi, please remove any codes added since that could affect the members. Also check how many users show in Wp admin – Users. DO you use multisite?

I have deleted the code from the function.php , but still showing the same problems.

And Wp-admin is only one.
no, I don’t do multisite. (if the question is if I am using same theme on multi sites)

Please advice. its taking ages to resolve this issue. I cannot publish my site , until these issues are not resolved.

I was asking if you use the multisite option that WordPress provides?

I don’t know how in wp admin – users it shows one user and in front-end a greater number.

Try to disable any other extra plugins you have and might interfere.

Most of them are spammers. I need to delete them. Actual Users are less than 10. And in the member area its showing two pages, instead of one.

I have deleted all the spammers now. Front page members in total still showing “20”.

Please disable any caching plugin or anything else in development. If you deleted them they can’t show 🙂
