Hallo
I have problem to make black transparent overlay on whole backroung pictue in my posts in full Visual Composer row, best solution is to use CSS but nothing works yet. Can someone help me?

The outer row should have your background image and a minimum height set.
The inner row should have a background color set to the transparency you want, no inner container and a minimum height set to the same height of your outer container.
Within the inner container, add a Gap of 500px or so. Then add add your custom heading below it.
