Hello,
I’m having issues with Full Width.. Or, the real problem lies with the lack of space between elements when using Visual Composer.. This causes Full Width content to hug the edges of the screen, which isn’t very nice at all..
Everything seemed fine, but at some point recently something changed and all the space between VC elements disappeared… Might have been after an update.. But I’ve been very focused with working on a lot of back-end stuff that I never realized what happened until just now.. Must have been very recent however, as I think everything was just fine maybe 10 days or so back
I am thinking it might be because of a VC update, but then you must have had other Kleo users with the same issue. Maybe a K Elements issue? Doesn’t seem to be an update available for it though..
Anyway.. This is how my front page looks like now (Full Width):
https://wildworldcommunity.com/
It should not look like this. Only the top photo should be hugging the screen edges.. Not the rest..
Hope you have an idea on how to fix this.
Thanks,
Håvard
December 14, 2017 at 16:06 #183008RaduModeratorHi,
I’ve noticed that one other kleo user encounter the same issue but there was a plugin incompatibility issue between Plugin Organizer and K Element plugin
In first instance please try to de-activate all plugins and check if the layout it’s ok if yes enable back one by one by one while check if the plugin causes that.
Let me know
Cheers

Even with only Visual Composer and K Elements activated, I have the same issue (and with only K Elements activated). I have Plugin Organizer, but deactivating it does not help.. What else could it be?
December 14, 2017 at 18:47 #183034RaduModeratorI see, maybe there it’s some cache or transients just de-activate all plugins including k-elements and visual composer then enable back only those plugins, check if works now (it should) then enable rest of your plugins except plugin organizer.
Let me know
Cheers

However, I can’t reactivate Plugin Organizer. Will there be a fix in K Elements later on that will fix the issue?
December 15, 2017 at 15:27 #183142RaduModeratorHi,
I will add this bug to buglist and it will be investigated in detail in future, until then you can as the Plugin Organizer support theme if there it’s a filter or a action that they can provide you to exclude totally a certain plugin to not be handled by the Plugin Organizer
Cheers
