FullPage WPBakery dont work with Kleo

the plugin “FullPage WPBakery” works with other designs without any problems. Only with Kleo Design nothing happens when scrolling.

For other themes (e. g. Avada, Twenty Fifteen, or Twenty Seventeen) it works fine.

I’ve identified the file which prevents that to works as it should, it’s about vc_row.php file from /wp-content/themes/kleo/vc_templates/vc_row.php if you will rename the file the plugin will work, tried to find exactly in the file and others what issue can be but cannot figure out, i will continue to look and tomorrow i will consult with the core developer about this issue and we will get back to you.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, if I rename the file vc_row.php then scrolling works as it should.
But renaming the file will destroy the complete layout of other content pages (background, font etc. …)

We have done something right now it works but we need to make more tests ith this and tomorrow we will get back to you with a final solution.

You can test how it behaves you can use vc_row_ok.php from /wp-content/themes/kleo/vc_templates/

are there any news on this topic?

I tested the vc_row_ok. php yesterday and today,

– some background images are not displayed
– text colors in the backend editor are also not copied in the frontend
– and the whole page layout itself is shot up (therefore no margins)

Replace the content of wp-content/themes/kleo/vc_templates/vc_row.php with this one : https://pastebin.com/raw/7WKwjG41 for testing and let me know or create in child theme in the same path a file named vc_row.php in that you will paste : https://pastebin.com/raw/7WKwjG41

The last vc_row.php doesn’t work either. I noticed that when I disable the plugin K-Elements, it works the way it should. Unfortunately the plugin has to be activated.

Hi, sorry for the delay, we need to do some tests but indeed the K-elements plugin takes care of adding all the customizations to the VIsual composer plugin and that could be the cause since we modify some elements.

TRied to see again the behaviour, at this moment on your website it behaves as it should, tried to login via FTP to see if you are using or not the vc_row.php

Can you please provide working FTP + wp admin please ? (private)

unfortunately it doesn’t work. It only works with custom CSS and only with text elements and not with other WP-Bakery elements.
