Gain control of home page Carousel

I have the Carousel showing “latest registered members” running on my home page within the create account box.
Is there a way to control the users who show up in this home page carousel?
I’m afraid a new user may upload a XXX image and it will be posted as latest registered member on my home page.

Hello, this is a buddypress recent members carousel so it couldnt filter if the photo is xxx or not, maybe you could disable it
