I hope you’re well?
As part of our preparations for General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I have created two questionnaires (attached) that need completing by you or a member of your team in order to ensure both parties are fully compliant in advance of the new legislation coming into effect.
Both questionnaires, ensure that any data obtained or used as part of any agreement between In-house Recruitment network and you are in line with the new policy. Both of these questionnaires are a mandatory requirement of the GDPR as it is a legal requirement to do due diligence with any 3rd Party Data Processors or Controllers that we work with.
Completion of both should take no longer than 5 minutes and if, in the instance that we need to update or re-negotiate any contractual terms within our original agreement, then I’d be more than happy to organise a telephone call or arrange a face to face meeting in the new year.
Please note that I need completed questionnaires sent back no later than Friday 12th January 2018.
