Hello there

I am still waiting for a response to ticket number #179633 sent on the 12th November.  The ticket was regarding the logo justification above my registration box on the default home page. As requested I sent a screenshot on the same day, ticket number: #179693 the logo needs to be justified either to the left or centre above registration box.

How do I hide the menu from the home default page, I only want the full menu to be displayed to members who have signed in?

How do I make it that free members:

• Can’t see who has looked at their profile
• Can receive and reply to messages, but
• Cannot send initial messages to other members

Since we connected all the issues are here.

Regarding the logo, I should be able to justify it to either the left or the right. It doesn’t look right visually. Do you have the code to change the logo’s justification?

I am happy to do a remote access to you, but the time difference. I won’t give anyone access to my WordPress backend because I had to close down my website as it was being re-directed to pornography, it was embarrassing.

Laura, what’s happening with my other issues I sent to you along with the logo issue on the 16th November? It seems that you are only focussing on the logo issues and everything seems to be forgotten.

Just to remind you, I need to know how do I make it that free members:

For the logo, try by adding this to style.css of child theme

COPY CODE

img#logo_img {
    margin-left: -30% !important;
    margin-top: -6% !important;
}

• Can’t see who has looked at their profile
This is related to a third party plugin because by default nobody can see who visited their profile. To create a new function for that its related to custom requests
• Can receive and reply to messages, but
• Cannot send initial messages to other members
By default you can choose to not allow to receive messages, as the feature of hiding the name its not available, its also a custom request, a new function that needs to be added

We can help with style changes but cannot add new functions

Hi Laura thank you for your help, the logo looks a lot better, thank you.

Laura, I am wanting to have free membership forever on my site, but I don’t want a free member to have the complete functionality as a paid member.

How can I choose not to let any of my free members send first messages to people, I cannot see how I can change this, or are you saying that I can’t?

I do have a number of issues regarding this theme and it’s functionality, I will open another ticket tomorrow as the issues are something I have not mentioned before.

I have found where I can set the site so that none paying members cannot send messages which is great. So is it possible for them to receive and reply to messages, this is important?

Check Sweetdate > Memberships if you are using pmpro
y default everyone can send and view messages

Hello, i thought you were using it.
Right now you canonly restrict features using pmpro or you may need to hire a developer to do custom changes
