General question, hide member's info depending on membership level

Hi, do you have any ideas or recommendation (plugins) on how to accomplish either of the following.

Scenario 1. A buddypress member “X” fills out a profile field. However, I only want that field to be visible to member “Y”, who is viewing member “X” profile page, if member “X” is at a certain PMPro membership level is viewing. It doesn’t matter what level member “Y” is.

Scenario 2. Instead of it being a profile field, maybe it is a custom “tab”, that has info provided by member “X”, that can only be visible/displayed to any other member, if member “X” is a certain PMpro membership level

Corrected typos for Scenario 1:

Hello, it would require custom development, right now i do not know any plugin that could do this, just custom code, so i suggest to hire a developer 🙂
