Hey Guys,
GeoDirectory plug in, has cuased fatal error white screen of death.
I have been locked out of my wordpress admin section.
So just to clarify, the public website is still displaying, it is when I try to log into my wordpress admin section that the white screen of death appears. (see attached for error messages)
This just started out of no where yesterday, after I purchased GeoDirectory membership, and installed of their plug ins.
How do I resolve this issue? I still need access to the functionality of the new plug ins.

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those
If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.
If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

Go to your hosting file manager or FTP, find wp-content/plugins
rename the folders:
geodirectory to -> geodirectory1
and
geodir_buddypress to -> geodir_buddypress1Then reload your wp-admin, if it lets you access, rename geodirectory1 back to geodirectory
If it still works then the issue its geodir_buddypress, so the best would be to contact the author of the plugin about that as its not related to the themeHi there!!! January 30, 2017 at 08:05 #151320SamJoelParticipantI have emailed the GEoDirectory team about this issue. They are going to reinstall all of the plug ins tomorrow, and find out what has happened. This appears to be a common issue for GeoDirectory. I am going to mark this ticket as resolved.
