Geonames not working

I have created an account. Pushed the button for the free membership. Added my user name on the theme admin side, it’s still not working. Any help would be appreciated

Hello, i’m sorry but i do not understand, the title of the ticket is geonames not working, but you are talking about free memberships which is paid memberships pro plugin.
Can you explain a bit more the process so i can understand? 🙂

I can’t get Geo names to work. I have done all of your stops including making an account with Geo names activating the free service it’s still not working

Hello, I understand that the city field is not automatically suggesting cities based on the country field. Can you share admin access so I can take a look? 🙂
