get the green lock to show on my front page

hello could you guys help me i am to get the green lock to show on my front page but i am not getting through my the hosting company have already done there part could you help me to correct this  see the attachment

Thanks for contacting us about SSL and some issues with demo content that you have.

Please open the home page and edit with Elementor, replace with the file locations with the below

The first is the background image and the second is the map image for the second row on the page. If you’re not comfortable making these changes please update this ticket with admin credentials in a private reply and I will be happy to update them for you.
