I’ve see that the pages it works now, if you encounter same issue, try to resave permalinks from wp-admin -> settings -> permalinks -> save changes.

Thanks.August 14, 2015 at 21:18 #73020MoJo68ParticipantI solved it by deleting the changes I made in wp-config file and .htaccess to increase the php memory limit trying to solve another issue. Seemingly iPage (where my site is hosted) doesn’t allow to make changes to memory allocations.

Sorry to piggyback on this post, can’t seem to open a new one? I’m having the same problem – lots of random 404 errors on pages, and saving permalinks or refreshing etc might work intermittently, but it will start again at a random point in the future.
Any ideas if currently, with current theme and plugins bundled, if there is a problem like this?
Cheers

Sorry for the delayed response i was on vacation,
You can open a new ticket by navigating from the main menu -> Get Support -> Kleo -> scroll down -> open a new ticket.
The problem that you encounter can by caused by various thinks, in first instance de-activate all plugins and child theme and re-save permalinks and try again.
Cheers

As per the above, issued seems to have been sorted by removing some edits to the htaccess file made by SimpleSSL plugin. De-activating the plugin was not enough – I had to manually delete from the htaccess file. Odd as we run that plugin on a number of other sites without issue, but hey! Seem to have no more 404’s at the moment. 🙂
