Getting error in installation

Hi ,

Today only we have purchased your theme, but getting this error on installation.

PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Checked all Server & Php ,memory reqirements & they are perfectly fine.

Please guide

Hi, this is solved…but new error is coming ,after installation completes 100%,it give page with message “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”

This is getting in loop, and coming everytime with installation.

Hi,

Make sure that this folder wp-content/themes/ have permission 755 if the folder has already this value change it to 777, install theme then set back to the theme folder permissions to 755.

Another way to install theme is to upload directly kleo theme folder in wp-content/themes/
