Go Pricing not updating

I have just received a notice that Go Pricing has a new version. I have been struggling to update it but in vain. It not updating at all and below is the warning message i got;

 

“An error occurred while updating Go Pricing – WordPress Responsive Pricing Tables: Update package not available.“

Because its a bundled plugin. You need to run the version of the plugin that comes with the theme.

I have followed the correct path, checked your page on themeforest and shows the recent updates available. However, i updated K-element but Go-pricing still won’t update. A message still shows up saying that; “Update package not available.”

Again, because its bundled. GoPricing updated their plugin AFTER the latest release of Kleo was posted. The Go Pricing version you should have installed is 3.2.0

I appologize. I had just got in and didnt realize that they released Kleo 4.0.2. If you have that installed, then go to Appearance > Install Plugins and you’ll be able to update to Go Pricing 3.2.1

Hi –

We have this same problem.

Even after updating to Kleo 4.0.2, we are unable to update the Go Pricing plugin.

Same error message: the “plugin package is unavailable”, even when trying to update the plugin in from the Required Plugins Installer.

Please check to see if go_pricing.zip is in /wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/inc on your server.

Good. Uninstall 3.2, then install 3.2.1 from that location.

I have not understood what you mean here. By the way, if It cannot be install via normal plugin installation process, then I will need to call for your help with the updates/installation.

One of the options for updating bundled plugins is to delete the plugin from WP Admin > Plugins. Then reinstall the updated plugin from the full package download file from themeforest. My “install from that location” was a way to bypass downloading from themeforest. Just download the gopricing.zip file that’s already on your server and use that to reinstall.

Go-pricing has just been updated as supposedly expected. After the update from KLOE today, I have been able to update it without a problem together with Rev slider
