Google chrome Top Menu gap

There is a gap between top menus in Google Chrome. And facebook and youtube icons are not centered.

also this two menus are glued together on a scroll. In firefox there is only main menu following on a scroll.

about the fact that menus are glued I realized it supposed to be like that. It is only that gap and fact that Icons are not centered. (Also not centered the big ones below slider (Over “Zroznicowana oferta” for instance).

Ok I solved it. Functions.php have had a wrong format UTF not UTF without BOT I guess that was the problem.
