Gravity Form Title/Description Will Not Display

When I add a Gravity Form element in Visual Composer, I cannot get the Title or Description to display even though I have applied “YES” to both of those settings in the edit window. In this case I am using Gravity’s Poll addon. The poll form and results display wonderfully. Any ideas on how to get the poll Title and Description to display?

Hello, you could try by adding a simple text element or heading element above the gravity form widget and use it as a title
