    hello – I am still awaiting on the issue of the group images still showing a black background. I do not have any black background in my images. I had asked for the correct size. I was told it was my images, and  they are not. Can you please fix this issue. I would like to launch my site as these issues are taking forever to resolve and costing me a fortune in  server fees.

     

     

    the problem still exists – this is a theme issue that I had stated several weeks ago, and was there from the beginning. Please review my previous requests when your observation stated that it was an image issue. Which it was not either. Now you are stating its a plugin issue – please just try yourself – when you upload to those, it does not cover the entire area, no matter what the size of the image is.

    Hi,

    I have attempted to access your site but I am getting an Error 504 – Gateway time-out served by CloudFlare when I attempt to access the back-end which is indicating an issue with your host environment.

    I have reviewed your other ticket with one of our developers and it looks like they have indicated this same issue happens for you when not using SweetDate. Can you please confirm this for me by doing the following

    – Go to WP Admin > Themes > Add New > Search ‘Twenty Seventeen’ and install the default WordPress theme.
    – Switch to Twenty Seventeen and clear your website cache, CloudFlare and browser cache
    – Go to any group and check if the issue is present
    – Go to any group and update the background picture and check if the issue is still present

    Please let me know the outcomes of the tests and when your site is live again,

    I do not have the experience to be going through themes. This issue has been going on since the beginning. And it seems you guys keep avoiding my replies, which means that I have to recreate the ticket , as this keeps me from launching my site. It has been almost a month with this same issue.

    Hi,

    We’re not avoiding your replies we’re trying rule out and identify causes. If you’re not comfortable switching themes then please contact your host to find out if they offer staging on your account and if they will set that up for you – once set up please share details here so I can safely check it out.
