Hi, You can edit all KLEO shortcodes by copying the shortcode template for example from wp-content\plugins\k-elements\shortcodes\templates\buddypress\kleo_bp_groups_masonry.php to wp-content\themes\kleo-child\k_elements\buddypress\kleo_bp_groups_masonry.php and do your required changes there
