Group Masonry display

The Group Masonry display is formatting the groups as line items. How can I remove this from displaying it this way?

It shows when I use the K Element Group Masonry shortcode.

I still don’t like how it looks though. How can I make this section look exactly like the groups section in the group section in a users profile (like the attached photo)?
