I am unable to get the group photon icon to center. I’m not sure if this is a theme related issue (because it used to center), or a plugin conflict. Has anyone else experienced this? See attached screenshot. When I upload a photo to the group and go to crop it, the photo does not appear (it’s just white space).

I checked your groups page and both groups appear to have centred images both on the directory and single group pages (screenshots attached).
I am guessing you have other, newer, and private groups that are experiencing this issue. Can you let me know when creating a group or updating a group image – do you get the option to crop the image or not?
Thanks,
Kieran

The oldest groups I made and shown in the screenshots you provided, had the photos centered. But new groups don’t center photos. When I upload a new photo or create a new group I do get an option to “crop the image”. But the image does not appear/it’s not possible to crop it (screenshot attached).
I’ve temporarily changed them groups from hidden to public so that you can see them on the groups page: https://embrasurespace.com/groups/

Thanks for getting back to me with the information. I think this will either be a plugin conflict or a CSS/JS issue.
Please can you do the following, and test after each point. Making sure to clear your browsers cache (Ctrl+F5) for each point
– Disable caching
– Disable all plugins except for BuddyPress and K Elements
– Switch to the KLEO Parent themeIf the issue still persists after these tests then please update this ticket, in a private reply, with login credentials for your site so I can look at the issue in more detail.
Thanks,
Kieran
