I have a question how can i send invites on a gorup i have created?

You can send invites to friends only. Enable the friends component from WP admin – Settings – Buddypress.

We tested it with 3.7.1 and you can safely upgrade

is it possible to send a group invites to your friends within the group?
if yes, can you let me know how to do it please cuz i cannot see it on the demo or any options on the site.

First you need to have some friends to be able to send invites. Then go to the link /groups/test/send-invites/ and choose those friends to send invites

as you can see i already have 9 friends, i already created a group.
but still the send invites page didn’t have a friends listed.

We re-tested and works on our environments. Try disabling some plugins you have or enable the default Buddypress theme to do the test

I did all you said. uninstall the plugin one by one and it doesn’t work.
also remove all the custom CSS inside the quick CSS box provided on the theme option.

please let me know what to do.

Then is something with your install. Try disabling plugins or do a fresh install of WordPress

is there way to fix this without installing a fresh copy of wordpress?! this site already had a thousand members and i don’t want to lost them.
disabling all plugin already did. still not working.
