Gruop number not working

In the home page it gives me 0 members in the groups while groups have 2 or more users inside.

how do I get the right number in the home page circles?

Hi, There could be some caching you are using or maybe they are private groups. Also the user must activate their account and login at least once.

Hi. I still have this problem. No chache plugin. Users are activated and joined the group.

In the group page i see it is 5 members and in the home page I see 0.

What’s the problem?
