first time My htacess file changed and redirect to a pron site. Second time I find a upload field on my home page…

Hello, i see, i do not think its related to buddypress but maybe you have corrupted files at your server, please contact your hosting provider maybe they can see the source of it. If you have any nulled plugins, that could be the cause.
