hard time installing pinterest theme

Hi, I’ve just purchased the theme and I’ve spent the past few hours trying to install and run the pinterest style sheet (It’s simply perfect for my site) but it just WONT WORK… And the problem is I’m pretty inexperienced (hustling startup) and the site is active. I can’t even figure out how to add my own logo to the website…

Help?

Also I just found out I can’t increase the PHP time limit from 30 to the recommended 180 because of reasons from my server that I dont understand
