has anyone had this problem with sweetdate

The site was loaded on wp was ok for about three days but got over chocked with spam registers emails , so downloaded the spam blocker a sugested by 7thqueen and everything disapered rang my hosting company and said do not know why.
informed 7th queen as paid extra for install but no joy so the site i have paid for is not there and out of pocket as theyt say
