Can you be more specific? Are you trying to do that with Rev Slider? Do you only want it on the home page?

i am trying to make it look like this page. i don’t think i want to use rev slider. please let me know your thoughts.

If you just want it for one page, you can use visual composer. It wont be exact but you can add a row background image and them the custom heading, kleo button and text field shortcodes. You’ll have to play around with the settings .
