Header is messed up throughout the site

I am building a new membership site using the KLEO theme at http://www.mysecurefamily.com. Once inside the site, the Title/Breadcrumb section is not visible because it is tucked under the logo portion of the header. I have clicked and unclicked all of the options on the customization menu and have not been able to get this fixed. Please see the attached screenshots and help me get this fixed so that I can launch our membership site.

Most probably this is caused by sitewide option transparent menu, you should set it OFF

If you want to have a page with menu transparent you can enable it only for that certain page from Theme general settings panel that be find under page backend content area
