header menu for different screen resolution

Hi,

I have attached with 2 pics for my problem. This problem(pic1) is only comes up for 1024 screen resolution which I do not wanted. I need to remove the wrapper that triggers only with this screen resolution. I wanted normal view of the menu like; right-pic attachment.
