Header on Smartphones

Hi,
how can I fix the header on smartphone? On tablets the header is fixed (normal menu), but not on Smartphones.

The problem is the alternate header.
The main header will be displayed over the alternate header, so no one can real the alternate header like in the nonmobile sight.

The behavior of the header in Smartphone devices should be the same as in the nonmobile sight. That’s the point.

Take a look on the nonmobile site, there you will see under the blue header with the header symbol a brighter blue area.
This area will not displayed on a Smartphone. But this area is important, here you can click for example on password forgotten.
