Hello I want to delete some tabs from member dashboard page and I find no such option to do so can you guide me how to do that

I want to hide the Forum, Media and my artical tabs from the member dashboard page help me how to do that

Add this css to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css

#item-nav li#forums-personal-li, li#media-personal-li, li#articles-personal-li { display:none !important; }
