I did open the zip but there are no less than 30 options of files to choose and none of them say install me… lol Please advice which to install. thanks so much

All I need to know is the correct file to upload… please enlighten me- I have been asking for this simple help for a week without any help- is this a real program or is this a scam?

Hello, we are not a scam, we are a top seller theme on themeforest with many happy customers 🙂
As i said at the other ticket, you just need to unzip the file you have, try using WINRAR and at wordpress folder ( inside the zip ) find sweetdate.zip and sweetdate-child.zip just install both of them to wordpress theme install

I downloaded the file meant for wordpress… unzipped it and took a screenshot… I really don’t want to take advantage to have you install the file, I’m just confused as to how I find the correct file to install… I have install many plugins in the past on previous websites- I just can’t seem to locate the correct file. Thanks for your advice on how I can find the correct file to download and be able to install it. I do have a firm deadline i’m working on, and really need this information. Thanks again I really appreciate your help.

Hello, the second screenshot you sent me just now, that is the correct file for the main theme, and next to it is the child theme, you need to install both .ZIP sweetdate.zip and sweetdate-child.zip at APPEARANCE > THEMES > NEW > UPLOADS

Not at plugins 🙂
