[HELP] rtMedia LightBox?

Hi,

When I upload images, the lightbox in the header works fine. However when I click an image in the actual profile it open a lightbox where the user can comment and like the picture, but no image is displayed in the lightbox?

How do I fix this?

Hi,

I am having the same issue with lightbox, it’s just a dark gray image where the picture should be.

It was working well with lightbox enabled about a week ago.

Any ideas?

Please add this code to Sweetdate -> Styling options -> Quick css box:

.rtmedia-media.flex-video {height:auto;padding-top:inherit;padding-bottom:inherit;margin-bottom:0;}

That will fix it. We will include the fix in the next update

This code works however there isn’t no padding above or below the image? Image seems to looked like its cropped.

Even with this hack – no picture shown!

It should work wih the hack. This will be added in the next update release. Make sure to clear browser cache and wp cache if you use a caching plugin

Problem was the code inserted in style.css, not in the backend..
