Help! The profile and group pic are gone

Hi today without any actualization or plugin installation all the pics from our members and groups are gone. In the FTP everything seems ok. http://www.cocksurfing.com

It seems like all the pics are the FTP and in the right URL, but the template don´t read them. Is weird beacause there was no change on the hosting or wordpress. If you need an FTP account or WordPress account to check what is the error please write me.

Hi, the profile pics that you can see are from Gravatar, this means are just missing the profile pics hosted on my server.
I checked permissions and other possible failures but nothing seems to work.
In other hand the blog pics are still there, is weird.
